Good morning to you all..
Hope you all enjoyed the festivities but are you as happy as I am to be back to normal, it wears me out these days....did enjoy the family and pressies though, so I shouldn't moan....
Okay then, down to business....our
first challenge of 2016 is hosted by our lovely boss lady Carol...she very much wants to see some flowers, be they stamped or digi...actually it will be a lovely change to be reminded that the sun will shine and the incessant rain will stop and flowers will bloom....[talk about needing a boat].....
We are so pleased to have two fab sponsors to kick start the year, and they are..
AND
Here is the card I made, using a sponsor image
almost everything is from stash, with the exception of the banner which is from WOJ sale....sad about that ending....hope you like, personally I really was not happy with it, I just couldn't get it to look as I felt it should....anyway, I live in hope my mojo will return in the weeks to come...keep your fingers crossed for me will you..!!!!
That's about it then, I will share whats happening with our sweet boy Jacob though....
He was born with a problem with his Pancreas, he produces to much insulin, and it is rare and serious...he is constantly having his bloods taken throughout each 24hr period, if his levels drop then mummy and daddy have to contact the hospital, they are seeing a specialist in Manchester this month, he is the top guy for this illness, we are all praying that he will out-grow this, it can happen, in the mean time, he is growing and giving out such beautiful smiles, he is truly adored by us all,and his lovely Mummy never once complains, even though she has to wake him during the night, not something any mum wants to do with a sleeping infant, especially a new mum, do you remember how tired you were, because I do....wow...I will keep you up to date, but I felt I should share whats going on here....sorry if it's a bit long winded....here is a picture taken at Christmas with his brother, Kaleb, look at the smiles...precious stuff...
and one of the little man himself...
Thanks so much for being here, I do appreciate it more than you can imagine.....hope you have a wonderful week-end, take care, Hugs, Janette...
